What a busy spring!!

There are lots of things going on here at Specialty Reptile and this update is long overdue!!!

Leos

We have been hatching quite a few Leopard Geckos over the last few months. You will be able to find many great hatchlings for sale on our Leopard Gecko page. All Hatchlings are unsexed at this time but I tend to incubate for 90% female. If you are looking for a specific morph and/or sex please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Gargoyle Geckos

All I can say is WOW! This is our first year producing Gargoyles and they are looking HOT! We should be putting up some hatchlings up for sale in the next few weeks. You can find pictures of our breeder Gargoyles here.

Crested Geckos

Unfortunately, we have had a bit of bad luck with these guys. We have found an issue with our incubation of these eggs and have currently made the required corrections. We hope to have some Cresties available later this season.

Bearded Dragons

We currently only have one clutch in the incubator. Our girls are late breeders and we are planning to have a boat load of hatchlings later this season going into late fall. We do have a few individuals available on our Bearded Dragon page.

Ball Pythons

I know that this is the update that you all have been waiting for. We currently have 12 clutches in the incubator, 2 clutches have hatched and we are expecting at least 3 more clutches to be laid in the coming months. This is most definitely our best year yet!

We are working on many exciting combos this year and can‘t wait for them all to hatch. The ones we are looking forward to most are Super Pastel Het Red Axanthics and Pastel Onyx (Pastel x Het Red x Black Pastel). We are also looking forward to proving out our Hypo pos het Axanthic x Axanthic clutch; we got 9 eggs from this one. We may also have a shot at Super Pastel Axanthic this year.

NARBC – Tinley Park

This year we have decided to take a chance and do the “Big Show”. We are extremely excited and nervous to be joining the ‘Big Dogs’ at Tinley this year. I know you are going to be there so be sure to stop by and say hi!
